As all Items are now sent Signed For we can claim compensation on Lost or Damaged Parcels so if this is the case please email us and we will sort this out for you.
We can't accept returns for refunds but will sometimes offer exchanges. The reason behind this is that all items are handmade specially on request and we don't always resell items.
Buyer pays return postage.
